About me
Hey there, I’m James and I have a neurological disability called Cerebral Palsy. I have a masters degree but I’m in school again (Devslopes Web Academy) for full stack web development. I’m not working because this takes a lot of energy to learn a brand new language (JavaScript) due to learning disabilities, Below I have links to my most recent projects and my Medium blog.
What I need and why
I’m falling behind on some really important expenses. This is really stressing me out. Yes I could go back to doing delivery driving for income however I’ll be so tired when I get home but I wouldn’t be able to focus on the academy. Ask anyone who knows me, I’m not the lazy type. I need about 2k to get me caught up with past expenses.
Being disabled is damn hard, I’ve struggled for years trying to find meaningful employment. I’m not asking for handouts, I’m asking for a level playing field.
I have a loan that’s on its way to me but I don’t know when I’ll get it.
I’d love to be able to pay all my expenses and get caught up this week. I’m setting a goal by June 4th to have all the funds.
